[02] hosting

this website runs on wordpress and is operated by arneiron on servers in the eu (processor under art. 28 gdpr). there are no advertising or analytics trackers.

[03] server logs

for every page request the server stores technically necessary data: ip address, date and time, requested address, browser identifier, status code. purpose: operation and security (art. 6(1)(f) gdpr). logs are not combined with other data.

[04] fonts

all fonts (archivo black, share tech mono) are served from this server. no google fonts or other font cdns are loaded — your browser does not connect to anyone else for them.

[05] reservations

when you reserve through the website, we process (via woocommerce) your name, e-mail address, the chosen event and any further fields of the reservation form to handle the reservation and reach you about changes (art. 6(1)(b) gdpr). the data stays with the association and is never sold or used for advertising. records relevant for bookkeeping are kept as long as the law requires; everything else is deleted when no longer needed.

[06] cookies

language: polylang sets the cookie pll_language so the site keeps your language (de/en).

login: when you log in as a member, wordpress sets the necessary login cookies (wordpress_*, wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_test_cookie).

reservation: woocommerce sets session cookies needed for cart and order (wp_woocommerce_session_*, woocommerce_*).

all of these cookies are strictly necessary (§ 165(3) austrian tkg 2021); there are no tracking or marketing cookies.

[07] member login

for the members area we store username, e-mail address and your password only as a hash. accounts are created by the team — there is no self-registration.

[08] external links

links to telegram, whatsapp, instagram or the donation link lead to other providers. their privacy policies apply only once you click them.

[09] your rights

you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. write to chris@theinnercircle.at. you can lodge a complaint with the austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at ↗).
